ABOUT THIS CAMPAIGN
Home services companies face a daunting task. First, they have to build trust in a category that often lacks integrity. On top of this, homeowners typically think about home services only when they have a problem.
So when GKV created a new positioning for BGE HOME, they needed to find a unique way to clearly communicate BGE HOME’s leadership position. GKV started crunching numbers…literally. And as it turns out, BGE HOME offered significant advantages, such as number of technicians, trucks on the road, on-time rates and overall satisfaction rates. Thus the “Numbers” campaign was born.
GKV also created a new tagline: “We know more. We do more.” The line leverages BGE HOME’s breadth of service, knowledge and professionalism. It instantly says that BGE HOME is different and better.
The fully integrated campaign includes TV, radio, print, digital, out-of-home and direct mail.
